How to Create an AI Character or Model

Define your character concept
Decide who this character is before you touch any tools. Write down their style (realistic, anime, fantasy), their rough appearance (age, hair, build), and what kind of content they will appear in. Even a few bullet points saves you hours of aimless generation later.
Generate the initial face
Open the image generator and write a detailed prompt for your character's face. Include specifics: hair color, eye shape, skin tone, expression. Generate several options and pick the one that feels right. This becomes your reference face.
Refine the style and look
Generate additional images to explore different angles, lighting, and outfits. Use face swap with your reference image to keep the face locked while experimenting with everything else. Narrow down to a consistent style guide.
Build a photo library
Create 20 to 30 images across different scenes: indoor, outdoor, close-up, full body, casual, formal. Each image should feel like it could be the same person photographed in different situations. This library becomes the foundation for all future content.
Create video content
Take your best photos and turn them into videos using image-to-video generation. Write motion prompts that match the scene — hair blowing, a slow turn, walking forward. Short 5-second clips are enough to bring your character to life.
Publish and iterate
Post your character across social media or your chosen platform. Pay attention to which images and videos get the strongest response, then produce more in that style. Your character will evolve as you learn what your audience connects with.
