How the affiliate program works

1. Someone clicks your link

Your link looks like makeinfluencer.ai/r/YOURCODE. You choose the code. When someone clicks it we record the click and set a first-party cookie that lasts 30 days. You can also add ?ref=YOURCODE to any page on the site, so you can send traffic straight to pricing, a specific tool page, or a guide instead of the signup form.

2. They create an account

When they sign up, that account is locked to you permanently. The lock does not expire after 30 days — the cookie window only governs how long we will attribute a new signup to your click. Once someone is yours, they stay yours. If a visitor was already a free user and later upgrades through your link, we attribute them at checkout instead, so you still get credit.

3. They pay, and you earn

Every payment that customer makes records a commission at 50%. That fires on their first payment and on every renewal after it, across card and crypto alike. Each commission is keyed to the payment itself, so a webhook retry can never pay you twice — and a refund reverses the matching commission rather than leaving a phantom balance.

4. The 30-day hold

New commissions sit in a pending state for 30 days. This covers the window in which a customer could refund or file a chargeback. After the hold clears, the commission becomes approved and counts toward your payable balance. You can watch the whole ledger — pending, approved, paid, reversed — from your affiliate dashboard.

5. You request a payout

Once your approved balance reaches $50, request a payout from the dashboard. Add your PayPal address, bank details, or crypto wallet, and we settle payouts monthly. Every payout links back to the exact commissions it covers, so the numbers always reconcile.
