Because every image and video generation incurs real, non-recoverable AI compute costs the moment it runs, we generally don't offer refunds for credits that have already been used. That said, your satisfaction matters to us — if it has been less than 30 days since your payment, we're happy to refund any credits you haven't used yet, no questions asked. Just email us at hello@makeinfluencer.ai and we'll take care of the rest.
