Welcome to Make Influencer AI. By accessing https://www.makeinfluencer.ai, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Subscription and Payments

By subscribing to our services, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to your selected plan
  • Maintain accurate payment information
  • Accept that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Understand that we do not offer refunds due to the significant computational costs involved in AI model fine-tuning and influencer creation
  • Accept our revenue sharing model and payout terms

No Refund Policy

Make Influencer AI does not provide refunds for any subscription payments or services rendered. This policy exists because creating AI influencers involves substantial computational resources, custom model fine-tuning, and infrastructure costs that are incurred immediately upon service initiation. These costs are non-recoverable for our platform.

Dispute Resolution

We strongly encourage all users to contact our support team at hello@makeinfluencer.ai before initiating any payment disputes. While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. However, initiating payment disputes without first contacting our support team is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination. Payment disputes can significantly harm our business operations and are not the preferred method for resolving issues.

AI Influencer Creation and Usage

  • You maintain ownership of your AI influencer's unique characteristics
  • We retain rights to the underlying AI technology and infrastructure
  • You are responsible for your AI influencer's content and interactions
  • We may terminate accounts that violate our content guidelines
  • You may not reverse engineer or extract our AI models

Content Guidelines

MakeInfluencer.ai is a strictly safe-for-work platform. Adult content, nudity, sexual acts, and sexually suggestive material are not permitted under any circumstances. Detailed rules and the full prohibited-content list are documented in our Acceptable Use & Trust & Safety policy at /safety, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, your AI character and any content you produce on the platform must not:

  • Generate or promote illegal content, weapons, drugs, malware, or content that facilitates fraud
  • Depict identifiable real people β€” including celebrities, public figures, and private individuals β€” without explicit, verifiable consent
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, threats, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics
  • Distribute malicious content, spam, scams, phishing material, or fabricated reviews
  • Violate intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrighted characters, and brand assets
  • Generate sexually explicit content, nudity, sexually suggestive material, or non-consensual intimate imagery. Every prompt is pre-screened before generation, every output is post-screened before display, and flagged content has its underlying media URL stripped server-side so the file never reaches the browser
  • Generate any content depicting minors. CSAE / CSAM is met with immediate permanent termination and reporting to NCMEC and law enforcement
  • Use deepfake, character edit, face-swap, or likeness transfer techniques to depict identifiable real people in any context β€” sexual, political, defamatory, deceptive, or otherwise

Trust & Safety

MakeInfluencer.ai operates a layered safety system: prompts are pre-screened against an explicit-intent denylist plus an LLM moderation classifier before any model is invoked or any credit is charged; every image and video that is generated or uploaded passes through OpenAI omni-moderation plus a secondary image classifier; videos are sampled densely on a per-frame basis; flagged content has its underlying media URL stripped server-side, is hidden from your dashboard, and cannot be exported or shared. Trained AI character models are private to the account that created them. Read the full Acceptable Use & Trust & Safety policy for the prohibited content list, identity and likeness rules, minor protection standards, enforcement actions, reporting channels, and appeals.

Platform Usage

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to circumvent our security measures
  • Use automated tools without our permission
  • Resell or redistribute our services
  • Share account credentials
  • Engage in activities that disrupt our service

Intellectual Property

Make Influencer AI retains all rights to:

  • Our AI technology and algorithms
  • Platform features and infrastructure
  • Training data and model improvements
  • Brand assets and marketing materials

Limitation of Liability

Make Influencer AI is not liable for:

  • Actions of AI influencers or their followers
  • Lost revenue or business opportunities
  • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • Third-party services or integrations

Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Modify or discontinue services with notice
  • Retain or delete account data upon termination
